PS: изучите Яндекс.Деньги и QIWI. У ЯДа в принципе привязки к ФИО изначально нет, хоть анкету при регистрации в Яндексе и нужно заполнить. В дальнейшем могут попросить пройти идентификацию.

В QIWI вообще ФИО не просят. Но номер телефона придётся засветить в обоих случаях.
