ПРАВИЛА - Бронза / Серебро / Золото :

3. Разрешены свои падсы (кроме перчаток, пластырей, деревянных / металлических / резиновых / пластмассовых и других твёрдых материалов - упоров);

6. Цель - согнуть прут в положении латинской буквы U (внутренний диаметр расстояние менее 4,9 см). Показать на транспортире.

2. Magnesia is allowed;
3. Own pads are allowed (except gloves, plasters, wooden/ metal/rubber/ plastic and other hard materials - stops);
4. Bending occurs in the standing position - overhand / underhand / reverse ;
5. It is forbidden to lean against a stop (wall, floor, any stationary object);
6. The goal is to bend the rod in the position of the Latin letter U (the inner diameter of the distance is less than 4.9 cm). Show on the protractor.
7. The goal completion time is 5 minutes.
8. An ART BINDING certificate is issued - name/ date / rod diameter - electronically.
The whole process must be filmed and sent for preliminary judging.

4. Падсы любые, кроме пожарного рукава и без вставок в падсы. Запрещены посторонние упоры на тело - валик, дерево и прочие подкладки.
5. Сгибание происходит в положении стоя;
6. Запрещено прислоняться к упору (стена , пол, любой неподвижный предмет).

8. Выдаётся сертификат ARF BENDING - имя/ дата / диаметр прута - электронно.
Весь процесс должен быть снят на видео и прислан для предварительного судейства.

7. The goal completion time is 5 minutes.
